"We recently replaced our 30 year old gas furnace (installed by Vt Energy in 1993), with the very efficient Trane furnace. The service
provider, Pat, did an outstanding job installing the new heating unit. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new took a little
more than a day. The clean up was thorough!! Our future plans may include a heat pump or AC unit which we will definitely look to get an
estimate from Vt Energy for those services! Great job.... The Brewsters"

"We have had a great experience with Vermont Energy, and can't recommend them highly enough.
Our salesman, Pat, was fantastic. He provided a very fair quote right away, and the installation was done exactly when we were told it would be done. We had five heat pumps installed, and they provide wonderful cooling of our home this summer.
One of the heat pumps required a minor tweak, and Pat came and fixed it... on his VACATION!!!
We highly recommend Vermont Energy.
Pat is truly an outstanding salesperson. He is fair, honest, easy to work with, and a person of integrity.
We plan on hiring this team for all of our energy needs in the future!

"The Installation of my three heat pumps was excellent - but the main unit died at the beginning of the first hot weather less than a year later and the wait for a repair (for a dead unit under warranty) is almost a month...
You may not want to get rid or your old air conditioners as quickly as I did...

"Vermont Energy installed a 4 zone, 2 exterior unit low temperature heat pump system for us. Throughout the process they were wonderfully professional, responsive, and helpful. As the project progressed, they listened to our needs while providing their own expert feedback, and we were very happy with the end result. I would recommend them very highly to anyone considering a heat pump."

"I called in the middle of the afternoon to schedule a service check-up on our mini-split. I had to leave a message. No courtesy of a returned call. So I called again and spoke to a woman who I reminded about my unreturned call. She proceeded to tell me that they were not taking on new clients. I asked here if she had any recommendations as to who else I could call. She told me she couldn't think of any?? Poor attitude, poor service. I would never consider using this company to purchase new systems etc. after this reception. Awful experience. "
